The heat pump is generally installed in homes fitted with air ducts. Air ducts allow the hot or cold air (as need be) to circulate uniformly in all rooms.
It is made up of one part located outside of the residence (fan coil) and another located inside (evaporator).
The power of the heat pump is indicated in BTU. The power of a central heat pump is generally between 24 000 and 60 000 BTU.
During the first visit, our specialists will evaluate a number of parameters, such as the area of your home, the number of floors, the quality of the insulation, and the ceiling height, to determine the power your heat pump should have.
Also, to ensure that your heat pump provides the desired results, we check the state of your air ducts when we install the heat pump.
